The talent that is created in Barcelona or that chooses our city to settle and develop their professional career finds, in addition to its unique appeal, a great range of training and a great entrepreneurial and business ecosystem that makes it stand out among other European cities. But what is the profile of this talent that works in Barcelona and its metropolitan area?

In this session, "The talent map of Barcelona" will be presented, an initiative led by Barcelona Activa in collaboration with LinkedIn to show the behavior, trends and evolution of Barcelona's talent and open a space for debate around the talent economy. This report is part of the Government Measure Barcelona, city of talent, which includes initiatives and municipal policies for the generation, development, attraction and loyalty of Barcelona's talent, and also complies with the talent promotion strategy prioritized in the new economic agenda for Barcelona Green Deal.

The third Deputy Mayor of Barcelona City Council, Laia Bonet, will close the session.
