Last January 31 the Commission of Talent chaired by Iolanda Triviño meeted at Valkiria Hub Space to plan, propose and start new projects and actions to improve managementó of talent in the district of innovation 22@. The main objective of the bimonthly meetings held at the Commission de Talent is to exchange proposals that promote the  growth  of the district's talent.

On this occasion the president of the meeting organized a workshop for the attendees which were divided by the topics they were most interested in working from the commission:

• Disclosure of the talent of the district towards the  young people: Promote and make known, even more, the 22@ within Barcelona, the opportunities that are generated there, the projects and technologies that are developed there and that young people can know how to train to have a talent base that would be needed for  the companies of the 22@.
• Human Center organizations: Consider the loyalty aspects of talent through the divulgation of good practices between company and worker.
• Mental health of workers in companies of the 22@:  Awareness to companies about the mental health of their workers
• Digital talent, universities and companies: Give visibility to the centers that offer training continued and make visible the needs that the district's companies have on a day-to-day basis.

From these 4 axes of work the commission organize the different 22@Masterclass and startà new actions to be able to enhance them throughout the year 2023.
