On September 19, a delegation from Schneider Electric Brazil visited the 22@ district. The group, made up of 24 directors and owners of Schneider electrical distribution companies, wanted to understand how the technology district's innovation transfer works in order to improve their business and increase their digitization and grow nationally and internationally.

The innovation tour started with a presentation of the different actors in the district and partners of the association (technological centers, universities, startups and the public sector). It started with a brief presentation of the 22@ innovation district and the 22@Network Barcelona association by director Isabel Sabadí. Afterwards, Sergi Artigas, Innovation Board Strategic Manager at LEITAT Technological Center, gave a presentation on successful innovation models. Then, Albert Domingo, Head of Entrepreneurship at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) Barcelona, presented the spin-off innovation model. Next, Encarna Baras, Head of Business Development in the public sector and Director of the Technical Office of Tenders in EURECAT, presented the innovation model of Eurecat, the technology center of Catalonia. Clemente Lopez, Launch Program Director & Dealflow Manager at BCOMBINATOR presented the Startup innovation model and finally, Bárbara Mayoral, Business Innovation Manager of BARCELONA ACTIVA, ended the session with the presentation of the Barcelona Activa Innovation Model.

Then, the participants visited the most emblematic and technological buildings in the district (UPF Poblenou, Superilla, Mediatic and Leitat), guided by Albert Domingo and Isabel Sabadí.
