Last June 5, the 22@Network Barcelona association organized an Innovation Tour aimed at a delegation of companies from South Arabia, specifically the members of MODON and EY - Parthenon.

The Tour began with a presentation at Cuatrecasas by Isabel Sabadí, Director of 22@Network Barcelona, and Josep Marsal, Cuatrecasas Partner.

Isabel presented the ecosystem that surrounds the 22@ district and its innovation model in order to explain and deepen its dynamics.

She also explained the importance of coexistence at 22@ and the different benefits of being part of the innovation district and the work carried out by the 22@Network Barcelona Association in setting up all the connections and synergies between entities and companies of the territory and of Barcelona.

Next, It was followed by a visit to the space of our Universal Robots partners where Jordi Pelegrí, Country Manager, gave a presentation on how Universal Robots works and how companies and organizations of all sizes use their robotic arms as to advanced tools to address market volatility.

Moreover, the Tour of the 22@ district continued with a visit to Ca l'Alier, where Natalia Sánchez, Project Manager of Bit Habitat, welcomed us and finally, we ended with a visit to The Social Hub, also a partner company from 22@Network Barcelona.

We followed the visit by the most emblematic buildings of the district including Plaça Gutenberg of the Poblenou Campus at Pompeu Fabra University, where we have the headquarters of 22@Network Barcelona.

Finally, the Tour ended at the DFactory, managed by Leitat, which is a hub to create a system that promotes the promotion and development of Industry 4.0.
