On Thursday May 4, together with our partners of HomeClub, 22@Network BCN organized the 22@AFTERWORK at Living Rosselló

The subject of this AFTERWORK focused on Flex-Living, a new concept that revolves around the idea of putting the worker at the center when working remotely. Considering that everything changed after the pandemic, the working methods did too. A few years later, these are still at the order of the day. These changes allowed the coliving  to emerge, which is the term that refers to the community residential model where a work synergy is formed.

Elvira Madrid, Home Club Commercial Strategy Manager and Manuel Bueno, Home Club Project Manager, were the speakers at the event. Both explained us the revolutionary concept called Flex-Living, the big trend that will change the real estate sector, the evolution of the Coliving concept.

From Elvira's strategic point of view, and Mauel's architectural vision, they reflected their experience and the challenges that the sector faces, the upcoming openings of the brand and the great importance of providing value beyond accommodation.

This change is mainly intended for all those who consider themselves digital nomads and expats. In other words, workers who reside temporarily in a city for work reasons. These spaces, which are gradually perfecting themselves, adapt to their needs to make working remotely even easier.
