DATA PROTECTION AND LSSI

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the User that their data, collected when accessing, browsing, registering and/or using the Website and/or the Services, will be processed in a file under the responsibility of the Association of Companies and Institutions 22@Barcelona (22@Network Barcelona), with address in Barcelona, Carrer de Roc Boronat, 138, 08018 Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, tel. 93 266 18 91 and email info@22network.net.

The purposes of the data file are:

• Manage the business relationship with the User

• Inform you of new own products and services, which may be of interest to you, by email or through another equivalent means of electronic communication, ordinary mail, telephone, fax, etc. to those Users who have expressly granted their consent for the receipt of these communications in accordance with law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Services and Electronic Commerce, except when there is a previous contractual relationship in accordance with the provisions of article 21.2 of the aforementioned law. Lasting your authorization, in relation to the latter case, even once your relationship with 22@Network Barcelona is concluded as long as it is not revoked. In the event that the User wishes to object to commercial communication rights, he must contact 22@Network Barcelona by mail and express this specifically.

• Carry out internal studies and reports with the aim of improving our services according to the preferences of the Users.

The personal data will be kept as long as the relationship between both parties is maintained, during the limitation period for tax obligations (4 years) or other legal obligations, or until the interested party requests their deletion.

Once these terms have passed, the data will be deleted by electronic deletion and, the data in paper format, by machine destruction.

CONSENT:

The user will give his consent so that 22@Network can make use of his personal data in order to provide a correct fulfillment of the contracted services.

Completing the form and accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the registration process on the 22@Network Barcelona website implies the client's express consent to the inclusion of their personal data in the said file, owned by 22@Network Barcelona.

If 22@Network were to use data for a purpose other than the improvement of the Web, it would have to notify its users explaining why the data is being collected, the identity and address of the person responsible for the file and the user's right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their data.

LEGITIMATION:

The legal basis for data processing is:

- execution of a contract, or contractual relationship, in the case of data on managers of associated companies

-explicit consent obtained from the interested party himself, for subscribing to the newsletter

- legitimate interest of the person in charge of the treatment, for those interested who subscribe to the newsletter or for whom they request different information from 22@*Network.

If the user has checked the corresponding box, the legal basis for sending him advertising about other products or Services will be consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

ASSIGNMENT TO THIRD PARTIES WITH CONSENT:

22@Network does not transfer personal data without the express consent of its holders, which must be granted on each occasion, being only transferred for the stated purpose and always with the consent of the user or client.

The User authorizes the transfer of their email data to their contacts in 22@Network Barcelona, in order to establish a participatory environment. Also, in the case of being required for this purpose, 22@Network will communicate the User's personal data to the competent authorities to cooperate in any research.

The disclosure of any other personal data to a third party by 22@Network Barcelona for any other purpose will require the prior consent of the User, having to inform 22@Network Barcelona about the identity of the third party and the purpose of such disclosure.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRET:

The data collected in all private communications between 22@Network Barcelona and the Users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, committing 22@Network to the obligation of secrecy of personal data, to its duty to save them and to adopt all the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss and treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for Files containing personal data.

In addition, information of any kind that the parties exchange with each other, that they agree is of such a nature, or that simply deals with the content of this information, will also have the condition of confidentiality. Viewing data via the Internet will not mean direct access to them, except with the express consent of the owner for each occasion.

We advise the customer not to provide any third party with their identification, password or reference names that22@Network Barcelona may provide. Likewise, to ensure that the protection of professional secrecy between 22@Network Barcelona and the User is preserved in all communications, the User must not disclose confidential information to third parties.

CHANGES IN THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:

22@Network Barcelona reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those that may derive from existing standard codes in the field, or from strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of this modification on the Web.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The User has the right to object to the processing of any of their data that is not essential for the conclusion of the contract and to its use for any purpose other than the maintenance of their contractual relationship, such as processing for advertising purposes. The User may go to 22@Network Barcelona in order to exercise his right of opposition to such treatments, through the means indicated for the exercise of his rights, which are set out in the following paragraph.

The User may exercise their rights of access to the data, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by email or letter to the email or email address indicated in this notice attaching a photocopy or scan of their D.N.I. or substitute identification document.
