Untangling Regenerative Fashion through Creative Practice Research

Marina Perelló,

As part of the upcoming PRS Europe in Barcelona, join us on Thursday 15 May at 'Untangling Regenerative Fashion through Creative Practice Research' a panel discussion with RMIT  College of Design and Social Context’s Professor Naomi Stead; Associate Professor ricarda bigolin; Eleonora De Chiara, Paloma  Wool’s Image Director; and RMIT PhD candidates Hanka van der Voet and Femke de Vries.

Inspired by a recent RMIT Europe’s study on regenerative fashion, the event extends past industrial and economic conditions to reveal the many ‘other’ systems at play. Design and creative practice research have the potential to do this by centring diverse or overlooked subjects, places, environments, communities, individuals and non-human entities through a range of methods.

The event, which will be opened by RMIT  University’s Professor Tim Marshall, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Design and Social Context and Vice-President, will take place at Disseny  Hub Barcelona on Thursday, 15 May from 6–9pm, including networking and refreshments.
