The future sustainable mobility law is currently being processed. That is why we want to take the opportunity to analyze what contributions and changes the standard incorporates in terms of promoting sustainable and fair mobility. We also want to reflect on the new right contained in its article: the right to sustainable mobility. We ask ourselves: is this new right enough? Can it be guaranteed for all citizens or are there still groups that are excluded? Is it correct to talk about the right to mobility or should we refer to the right to accessibility? What role will workers have in the implementation of sustainable mobility measures to go to work? We will discuss all of this in this trade union seminar, in which we will have the knowledge of professionals with great expertise in mobility such as Carme Miralles and Pere Macias.
