THE 22@NETWORK BCN CELEBRATES ITS 167TH 22@BREAKFAST TO TALK ABOUT E-COMMERCE TRENDS

The 167th editionó del 22@Breakfast held yesterday, October 27 at the Joan Mir Building 21, became a meeting in which learn and discuss, from mà of experts, partners, and board of directors, on E-Commerce trends: its evolution, present and future.

Enric Urreta, president of the association, was in charge of welcoming the attendees and thanking the speakers for their participation. in this 22@Breakfast. During his initial speech, moreover, Urreta wanted to introduce the topic of debate by highlighting theexponential growth that the online sales sector has experienced and the challenges that arise to take advantage of its advantages while  protecting and the physical sale, often closely linked with the small and medium começ local.

It was Inma Rodríguez-Ardura, Professor of Digital Marketing and director of the UOC's Digital Business Research Group, who started the event with the Update section, where he gave a presentation on the immersive experience of the E-Commerce customer , focusing the attention in the stimuli that drive it and the way in which affects the’engagement  and customer loyalty to the brand. During his presentation, l’Inma emphasized that if “the’E-Commerce hasé advantages and potentialities with respect to the physical purchase, these are still being explored and exploited, which is why “the development of the same té ahead of a long journey”. As highlighted by Inma, the importance of this development lies in the business implications, since "the subjective experiences of consumers can be studied and encouraged through the right stimuli". In this sense, Inma put on the table factors such as Imaginary, presence and flow, three factors that allow “generate a positive bond (engagement) between the consumer and the brand while simultaneously fostering their loyalty”.

L&rsquo the event continued with a discussion moderated by the Executive Director, Isabel Sabadia, who posed different questions to Llorenç Solà, Vice President, General  PPAG Manager of Vistaprint and Santi Pinardel, Head of e-Commerce &  Accessories to LEVEL. The conversation revolved around their business experiences in the  development of digital platforms of Vistaprint and LEVEL, respectively, to improve the consumer experience. The exchange of ideas revolved around the way in which enhance the generation of customer engagement so that as in the responsibility of companies in the use of consumer data, which if they can be very useful for personalization; of content, they do not fail to involve business responsibility in the management of information personal.

To conclude the act and before proceeding toAt breakfast, Isabel Sabadia, Director of 22@Network BCN, presented the latest news from the district and the association, among which she celebrated the accession of of three new partners: APROTECNIC, The Hist, Coloma+Armengol Bim and more, whom he has welcomed.
