On March 26th, 22@network Barcelona hosted a special tour for a group of second-year university students enrolled in the Business & Financial Economics program at the University of Copenhague. These 24 students are part of the international DIS – IFMB program — a non-profit study abroad institute based in Copenhague that offers 23 academic programs and over 200 electives across disciplines, all taught in English.
The goal of their visit was to discover and experience the dynamic 22@ innovation ecosystem, a hub that has transformed Barcelona into one of Europe’s leading centers for technology, entrepreneurship, and economic development. The group participated in sessions focused on urban innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development, and gained insight into successful case studies from companies located within the district.
This visit reflects 22@network’s ongoing commitment to international collaboration, education, and knowledge exchange, reinforcing our role as a European benchmark for innovation and sustainable urban growth.
