On Thursday, 6 October 22.Network BCN participated in the 2022 edition of the New Congress in Esade Creapolis called the "Lefts of the Twenty-first Century Women in Health, Leadership and Technological Innovation", organized by Women Evolution.

The goal of the event was to empower women through a transformation process, contacting their internal power and emotions in skills and skills to strengthen their leadership in all areas of personal and professional life. This year's Congress focused on women's directives, businessmen, professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as the collaboration of securities marks that place women at the centre of their business and innovation strategies.

The 2022 edition featured nine round tables with experts and experts from fields such as medical, scientific, business, talent transformation and the big capital of the organizations.
