On December 10th, 22@Network Barcelona gave a talk at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC), aimed at students of the Master in Entrepreneurship: Venture Capital Management. The talk was delivered by Isabel Sabadí, Director of 22@Network Barcelona.
The UIC’s Master in Entrepreneurship: Venture Capital Management is designed to train professionals in the creation and management of innovative companies, as well as in the field of investment in startups and technological projects. The program provides specialized knowledge in entrepreneurship, business strategies, and venture capital investment, offering both practical and theoretical tools to drive the success of new business ventures.
During the session, Isabel Sabadí discussed the evolution of the 22@ district since its founding, highlighting how this area has transformed into an international hub of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. The association focuses on initiatives such as Match and Play, to connect big corporations with start-ups, as well as forming alliances with accelerators, innovation districts and connecting ecosystems. The talk addressed key aspects of the public-private collaboration model that has driven the area’s growth and enabled the establishment of startups, research centers, and renowned corporations.
