More acquisitions in Spanish real estate. Swiss Life has just completed the acquisition of Criteo's headquarters in Spain, located in Barcelona's 22@ district. The office building, located at 177-189 Almogàvers street and completely refurbished, was owned until now by the German fund Freo. Market sources put the price of the transaction at around 50 million euros.

The property, which has 8,524 square meters, has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to transform the space into a modern office building. Following the refurbishment, the property has obtained Leed Platinium certification, one of the highest sustainability standards in the sector.
