On December 16, 13 entrepreneurs from the University of Santiago de Chile visited the 22@ innovation district to find out how cutting-edge technology is implemented in Barcelona in a neighbourhood in transformation such as 22@.

The Chilean delegation visited the city of Barcelona and, among the institutional visits they had scheduled, was the 22@NetworkBCN. They attended the 22@EVENT | INNOVATION IN 22@: IMPACT AND FORECASTS (Hilton Hotel), where 22@Network BCN and the Innovation and Industry 4.0 Commission held a conference dedicated to innovation in the 22@ district, its impact and future forecasts.

To conclude, Isabel Sabadí, Managing Director 22@Network BCN, presented the dynamics and functioning of the 22@Network BCN association and the district.

It was a trip organised by the incubator INNOVO USACH (Business Incubator) within the DESPEGA USACH programme. The 13 entrepreneurs won this trip to strengthen their projects and generate links in Europe. The objective of the activities and training of the USACH students was to accelerate their entrepreneurship and to establish a linkage strategy with the innovation ecosystem in Barcelona.
