On March 5th, at the Talent Arena, a crucial conversation took place about the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on talent management and the job landscape within the 22@ ecosystem.
Representing 22@Network Barcelona, Isabel Sabadí, the association’s director, actively participated in this discussion, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
The session, titled "Navigating AI in the 22@ Ecosystem: Shaping the Future of Work and Innovation," was moderated by Iolanda Triviño, CEO of the Institute for Futures and President of the Talent Commission. Géraldine Weber, HR & Coaching, Soft Skills, PerformanSe also participated.
During the session, several key insights were highlighted regarding the evolution of talent in the AI era. By 2025, 50% of employees will require reskilling due to AI-driven automation.
The discussion on AI and talent will continue on April 8th at 5:00 PM at the Toulouse Business School in Barcelona, where the study "AI Implementation in 22@ District Companies" will be presented. This event will provide a deeper understanding of how companies in the district are adopting AI and its impact on the labor market and talent management.
