Next Thursday, April 24th, a new edition of the 22@Breakfast will take place, reaching its 188th edition, on the 25th floor of the Torre Glòries, at the space provided by Loom. On this occasion, the event will revolve around the challenge of building a sustainable future in the 22@ district.

There will be reflections on how climate change, increasing sustainability demands from companies and developers, and the need to manage the obsolescence of the real estate stock can become a real opportunity for the district’s sustainable development.

We will have the opportunity to welcome Paula Albaladejo, Director of P&DS and Southern Europe Cluster at Tétris, JLL, who will be the Innovator of the Month and will also moderate the roundtable featuring Ana Saiz, Manager of the Switch building at Simon, and Clemens Hoerter, Technical Asset Management at Conren Tramway.
